- Infinite City ensures delivery within 2 working days across Lebanese territories.
- We offer 4-hour appointment windows between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- It is a must that the person who purchased or a person assigned by him to be available at the time of delivery otherwise the delivery will be rescheduled at his expense
- We will deliver the product to the destination of your choice and the appliances will be unboxed and the packaging will be disposed
- If installation is requested, we shall assemble the purchased item if needed and operate for you
- Installation for some products including but not limited to air conditioners, built-in appliances, furniture and wall mounts may require additional fees
- For delivery cancellation please call us 24 hours before the agreed date of delivery
